Rancho Cordoba is a 20-acre estate that has 9-bedrooms and 9-1/2 bathrooms between the main house and guest house furnished with elevated comfort in mind. You enter the private estate on a long palm tree line driveway leading to the main dwelling. Surrounded with expansive grass areas, an acre lake, 40’ lazy river pool with beach entrance, and sand volleyball and pickleball courts, there is something for everyone to enjoy! The event space aspect of the property offers a 12,000 square foot Al Fresco openair space with concrete flooring and views of the expansive property and surrounding mountains. There is ample parking onsite along with a porte-cochere style arrival spot ideal for car services. A lakeside dock and oversized concrete grass-inlayed pavers create the perfect setting for a wedding around the lake.

Villa Casablanca is a 10-acre estate complete with 7-bedrooms and 7-bathrooms inside this completely reimagined property that greets you with tree lined drive and an expansive manmade lake fronting the house.
