The home was once owned by Gabriel M. Giannini, famed physicist, aerospace equipment manufacturer and inventor with more than 50 U.S. patents to his credit. Built in 1958 and later reimagined, the main house offers over 3,100 square feet of living space.

As you enter the main house, you are greeted with a natural color palette of terrazzo tile that beautifully flows through the entire space. The main living room boasts 10’ high surround picture windows artfully capturing the exterior landscape and views from every angle with playful Roche Bobois furnishings and other stylish design elements finishing the space. Smart Mirror Televisions seamlessly become part of the décor when sitting idle, but when activated they become your standard streaming device. The bathrooms are complete with luxury fixtures, custom Aran cabinetry, and illuminated recessed mirrors. The original sunken Roman tub-showers are a luxury on their own featuring poured terrazzo tub surround and base, custom waterfall, and rain and jet shower heads, delivering a private spa inspired experience.

The Guest Villetta and Ranch House are both situated on the lower acreage near the private gate entrance with ease of access to the Main Villa on the upper level.

The Guest Villetta is a cozy and inviting space with two entrances and a carport parking. At nearly 1,000 square feet, the villetta offers a full kitchen with a nod to vintage appliances, a sitting area, bedroom and bathroom with custom shower.

The Ranch House is over 2,000 square feet and offers a light-filled open floor plan in the main living space with classic 1950’s slant roof design and complementing wood beams. The bedrooms are tastefully appointed and blend with the overall design of the property.
